Our Spring club offers a dynamic, engaging and action-packed programme that combines learning about nutrition and health with fun and interactive activities. We aim to create an environment where children aged 6-14 can develop a positive relationship with food and fitness.
The enrichment activities provide young people with opportunities for learning, skill development, and new experiences. The various activities include sports, arts and crafts, mindfulness exercises, and specialised sessions with instructors. Through these activities, young people can develop by acquiring new sports techniques, exploring creative expression, and gaining insights into nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
Our enrichment programme takes a holistic approach by striking a balance between sports and activities, as well as promoting mental and emotional well-being. In addition to physical engagement, we incorporate arts and crafts and creativity to explore topics related to the mind and body, exercise, healthy eating, and more. This integrated approach nurtures both physical and mental well-being for a comprehensive learning experience.
Our Spring holiday club offers an inclusive environment for young people to learn, grow, and have a memorable Spring. By combining creativity with sport and external expertise, we hope to deliver a unique and enriching experience for all participants!
